EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If after received your purchase, you are not pleased with it you can demand any exchange or refund for this product/s. You will have 30 days within the reception of the order for exchanging or refunding your purchase.
When are exchanges accepted?
- Exchange of one article for other or size
- You are not pleased with the product
- The order has arrived in bad conditions or defective
Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 natural days after the delivery of the order.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of products in the category SPECIAL PRICES and SALES and personalized products.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds of products acquired in physical stores.
Steps to follow for exchange or refund
- Write an email to email@example.com specifying your order number, the article/s you want to exchange and the reason why you are making an exchange or refund.
- You can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
- The shipment has to be made by the customer and has to be shipped to our offices:

The article must be sent in perfect conditions, without being used and with the original case.
- Once we receive the package and after examining the article/s we will communicate you via email if you have right to the exchange or refund. In case of exchange, we will proceed to change the article/s for other/s that you have specified before. In case of refund, we will proceed to realize the refund of the import within 3 days from the date of the reception. The devolution of the import will be made the same way as the purchase was realized.
We do not accept changes or returns of products in the SPECIAL PRICES and SALES category and customised products et des produits personnalisés.
- In case of receiving a product with any defect or flaw, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org and send the order number, description of the defective article and photographic evidence. Once verified, the product will be changed for one new of the same model. If the product would not be in stock, it would be completely refund including the shipping fee. In case that you have to send the product to our offices, anartxy will be responsible of the shipping fees. In the immediate moment when it is verified that this product is defective, exchange or refund will be made.
In case of receiving an incorrect product, this is something that you have not ordered, contact email@example.com to find a solution to the incidence as soon as possible.
EARRINGS or PIERCINGS: Due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are allowed for earrings or piercings.
