1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION

The Company Ushuaia Design SL with registered office at Camí de la Creu, 4, La Pobla de Vallbona (46185), Valencia, ES and identified with the number B98658990 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions set forth in the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this raffle is to reward customers for trusting the brand.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on Sunday , June 1, 2025, and end on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be as follows:

  • All individuals over the age of 18 who reside in countries where Anartxy ships are eligible to participate.
  • Place an order through the website www.anartxy.com during the sweepstakes period.
  • Register or be registered for the official Anartxy newsletter during that same period.
  • There is no minimum purchase amount.
  • Only one entry per order will be counted.

4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

The winner will be randomly selected through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be notified on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, via a direct phone call and subsequently via the brand's social media profiles.

The prize will consist of a jewelry set valued at €150. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues, making it impossible to award the prize.

The winner may contact the Company within three days of the date announced on the brand's social media profile. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, another winner will be selected based on preference.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to the
current tax regulations.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion cannot be held, whether due to fraud detected during the promotion, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal conduct of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram, and participants therefore release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from the promotion.
