When does it start?

Our Golden Friday begins on November 25th, but if you sign up on this website, you can get priority access to pieces with up to a 50% discount on Sunday, November 24th.

How can I pay?

We accept all standard payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Bizum, and Google Pay.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free for orders over €35 within Spain and Portugal.

Shipping costs are €4 for mainland Spain and Portugal, €5 for Europe, and €14.90 for the rest of the world.

Depending on the destination postal code, delivery takes between 24h and 48h (mainland Spain and Portugal). Delivery times for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Azores are longer.

Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I return or exchange items purchased during Black Friday?

No, purchases made during promotional or sale periods, like Golden Friday, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
