Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination postal code and the shipping method you choose for your purchase, although they typically range between 24 and 48 hours (mainland Spain and Portugal). Delivery times for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, and the Azores are longer.

If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, your package will not be prepared until the next business day.

If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. If you purchased as a guest , send an email to web@anartxy.com indicating the order number you'd like to check.

Our pieces arrive in tissue paper inside a box and a gift bag. Everything you need to keep your jewelry looking like new or prepare it for gifting.

If you are not satisfied with any item in your order, you can request a return. Send the item along with the case and original packaging to our warehouse, by mail, or other courier service. Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt or purchase invoice with your personal information in the package.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
• Customizable items: Because these are personalized items, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

• EARRINGS or PIERCINGS: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns on earrings or piercings are not allowed.

• Special packaging and additional accessories: Items that are accompanied by special packaging (cloth bags, special boxes, etc.) or contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.

The purchase refund will be issued once the package arrives at our facilities (and we verify that it is in perfect condition), using the same payment method you used during your purchase.

Anartxy responds to any incident caused by a manufacturing problem with the items, but not to breakages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear from intensive use of the parts.

If you lose a stone or other accessory on a new collection item, it can almost always be repaired. However, if it's an item from another season, repairs are subject to us having the necessary materials in stock.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may vary depending on the type of refund you choose.

We'll notify you by email when your refund has been processed. From that moment, you should expect to receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your bank.

Pay for your purchases in real time with your debit card or choose to pay later with your credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay.

Paypal

Place your order using only your email and password. Please note that you will complete your purchase on the PayPal website.

Klarna

You can pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments (0% APR) with Klarna. Simply select "Pay in 3 interest-free installments" when placing your order and provide your credit card details. Installments will be automatically charged each month, starting with the first payment as soon as the order is processed. The next two payments will be automatically charged after 30 days each.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to pay for your order in a single payment, choose Klarna's "Instant Payment" option.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

If you're making a purchase from an Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay. Simply select this payment method and confirm the purchase by double-clicking the side button on your device. Then confirm the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, depending on the model and version of your smartphone.

This payment method is only available on mobile devices.

Bizum

Pay for your purchases conveniently through Bizum. It's so easy! Just select the "Pay by Bizum" option.

There are two ways to pay with Bizum. If you have activated the Bizum PIN payment confirmation option, simply enter the code you previously configured with your bank.

All prices listed on our products include VAT. Shipping costs are detailed at the end of the order, as they depend on the destination and the urgency of the order.

Before completing your purchase, find the promotional code area where you can add your code (only one per purchase). If no discount applies, check the promotion terms or expiration date. The code may have expired, or the items in your purchase may not be eligible for the promotion.

Most Anartxy jewelry is made of 316L surgical steel , a hypoallergenic material used in the pharmaceutical industry. Gold pieces are 14k gold-plated, while silver pieces are rhodium-plated. For rose gold, copper is added to the alloy for the colored coating.

In the technical sheet for each piece you can see the material used and the color of the coating.

All our items are made with noble materials. But if you suffer from allergies to metals, we recommend that you select one of our STEEL items.

The alloy of our pieces is the same one used for surgical materials and in the pharmaceutical industry. Its hypoallergenic qualities make it ideal for intolerant skin.

To keep Anartxy jewelry in perfect condition, remove any dust by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth (you can lightly dampen it if the dirt is very stubborn and let it dry on a tissue in a well-ventilated area). For a perfect finish, special cloths for cleaning steel or silver jewelry are also available at jewelry stores or specialty shops.

For transporting jewelry, we recommend placing each piece in a cloth bag. Never place two pieces together in the same bag to avoid rubbing against each other.

Do not expose jewelry to cleaning agents, chemicals, or oils. Extreme heat or prolonged contact with water is also not recommended.

A ring should always fit comfortably, and to achieve this, it should be tight enough to prevent it from falling off, but at the same time slightly loose enough to slide on relatively easily. It's important to know that finger sizes vary depending on the weather and time of day.

At anartxy we work with four ring sizes: 12 – 14 – 16 – 18. These are the most common sizes and usually fit any woman's fingers.

Some ring styles are open and adjustable for a better fit. These types of rings come in two sizes to perfectly fit very large or small fingers.

In men's rings we work in sizes 18 - 20 - 22 - 24.

It's best to try measuring your finger at the end of the day, as this is when it tends to be the most swollen. To find your size, you have two options:

1. If you already have a ring that fits your finger perfectly, use a tape measure to measure its inner diameter. Choose the ring size that best fits that diameter according to the chart.

2. If you don't have a ring, you'll need to measure the circumference of your finger. A sewing tape measure, string, tape, or a piece of paper will do. Remember that the ring should fit around the widest part of your finger, so ideally, take two measurements: one at the knuckle and one where you'll be wearing it, and average them. The length measured in millimeters will correspond to the ring size according to the table.
