How can I pay for my order?
You can choose between payment by bank card or through PayPal. Purchases are 100% secure, and the cards are validated by the issuer of the card to avoid possible fraud.

Are shipping and VAT included?

All the prices that appear in our articles include VAT. The transport costs are detailed at the end of the order (depending on the place of destination and the urgency of the order).

What is the availability of the products?

All the products in our store are available, unless otherwise specified in the product file. If any product runs out at the time of placing the order, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the replacement time, propose another similar product or refund the corresponding amount. That is why it is important that you indicate your contact number and email address when making your purchase.

How long does it take to get my purchase?

Depending on the destination zip code it can take between 24h and 48h (Spain and mainland Portugal). Delivery times for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the Azores are greater. Keep in mind that if you place the order during Saturday, Sunday or holidays, the package will not be prepared until the next business day.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

The transportation company will call you by phone or send you a notice by email notifying the day and time of delivery. If you will not be able to be at home at that time, you can set a new date with them for receiving the package.

What kind of case do your pieces carry?

Our pieces are delivered accompanied by a tissue paper, an individualized box and a gift bag. Everything you need so you can keep your jewelry as the first day or prepare to give as gifts.

How can I return an item?

If you are not happy with an article of your order you can make a return. Send the piece together with the box and the original packaging to our warehouse, by mail or another courier service. Do not forget to include in the package a copy of your receipt or purchase invoice with your personal data.

The refund of your purchase will be made when the package arrives at our facilities (and we verify that it is in perfect condition), using the same system that you used for the payment during the purchase.

Are your pieces guaranteed?

Our company responds to any incident caused by a manufacturing problem of our items, but not by breakages caused by misuse, accidents or wear due to the intensive use of the parts.

Have you broken an item in your store? Can it be repaired?

We have our own workshop where we carry out all kinds of repairs.

In the event that you lose a stone or piece added in a new collection item, replenishment is almost always possible. But if it is an item from another season, the repair is conditioned to having the necessary material in stock.

Can I buy your products in a physical store?

Anartxy has more than 1,000 points of sale between Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

What material are your pieces?

We always use noble materials: silver, steel or copper. In the technical sheet of each piece you can see the material used and color of the bathroom.

What type of bathroom do your pieces carry?

The gold pieces are bathed in 14k gold and the silver pieces are rhodium-plated. For rose gold, copper is added to the color bath alloy.

Are your products antiallergic?

All our articles are made with noble materials. But if you suffer from metal allergies, we recommend that you select one of our items in STEEL.

The alloy of our parts is the same as that used for surgical material and in the pharmaceutical industry. Its hypoallergenic qualities make it ideal for intolerant skin.

How can I properly maintain my anartxy parts?

To keep the jewelery in perfect condition, it is necessary to remove any dust by rubbing with a soft and dry cloth (we can moisten it lightly if the dirt is very attached and let the piece dry on a tissue in a well-ventilated area). For a perfect finish there are also special cloths for cleaning steel or silver jewelry, sold in jewelry stores or specialized stores.

For the transport of the jewels, we recommend that each piece be placed in a plastic or fabric bag. Never put two pieces together in the same bag to avoid friction between them.

Do not expose jewelry to cleaning agents, chemicals or oils. Extreme heat or prolonged contact with water is also not recommended.

How can I know my ring size?

A ring should always be comfortable. It has to be tight enough not to fall off but try to make it also loose so that it can slide with relative ease. It is important to know that the size of the fingers varies according to the weather and the time of day.


In anartxy we work four sizes of rings: 12 - 14 - 16 - 18. They are the measures that are repeated and usually fit the fingers of any woman.


Some ring models come open and are adjustable to fit better. In this type of pieces two sizes are worked so that they adapt perfectly to very large or small fingers.


In rings for men we work sizes 18 - 20 - 22 - 24.


The best thing is to try to measure the finger at the end of the day because that is when they tend to be more swollen. To find out your size you have two options:

1. If you already have a ring that fits your finger perfectly, measure the inside diameter with a tape measure. Choose the ring size that best fits that diameter according to the table.


2. If you do not have rings, you will have to measure the outline of the finger. For this purpose a sewing tape measure, a cord, adhesive tape or a piece of paper will serve you. Remember that the ring must go through the widest part of your finger, so the ideal is to make two measurements, one by the knuckle and another in the part where you will wear it, and make the average between them. The length measured in millimeters corresponds to the size of the ring according to the table.
