1. PROMOTER OF THE PROMOTION
Ushuaia Design S.L, with registered office at Camí de la Creu, 4, La Pobla de Vallbona (46185), Valencia, ES and identified with number B98658990, together with FF CORPORATE EXP, S.L., with NIF B26630533 and registered office at C/Linterna, 6, 46001, Valencia ES, are organizing a national prize draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") to be conducted online, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the participation requirements section.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on Sunday, August 2, 2026, and will end on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 23:59.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:
Only individuals residing in mainland Spain who are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only participants who have an Instagram account and meet the following requirements may participate:
- Follow our brand's Instagram account: @anartxy
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post by tagging a friend during the participation period.
- The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same participant, even if they are in different comments.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on August 10, 2026, through the brand's social media profiles, along with the validity certificate of the prize draw.
The prize will consist of four jewelry sets valued at €150 each. The first set will be sent at the beginning of September, the second in October, the third in November, and the fourth set will be sent in December. This means the winner will receive a total of 4 jewelry boxes.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. Once the jewelry has been selected and sent, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to provide the same prize.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evidenced that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements established in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided for participation is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, or discriminatory, or that may violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be allowed.
We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion that could at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Instagram's Terms of Use.
If the Company discovers the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of the Company that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
8. INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram, so Participants release Facebook from all responsibility for any damages arising from it.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company responsible for processing your data is Ushuaia Design S.L, with registered office at Camí de la Creu 4, La Pobla de Vallbona (46185), Valencia, ES. and identification number B98658990.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by the latter, for the purpose of managing the prize draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, oblivion, and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to marketing@anartxy.com or by letter addressed to the following address: Camí de la Creu 4, La Pobla de Vallbona (46185), Valencia, ES, attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document.
Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, in case they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as in the event of not having their rights satisfied.
Therefore, the Participant declares having been informed of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the processing.
10. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms, to the extent that it does not prejudice or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
The mere act of participating in the prize draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.
