1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The Company Ushuaia Design SL with registered office at Camí de la Creu, 4, La Pobla de Vallbona (46185), Valencia, ES and identified with the number B98658990 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions set forth in the participation requirements section.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on Friday, November 14, 2025 and will end on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:
- Participants must reside in Spain and be over 18 years of age.
- Only participants who have an Instagram account and meet the following requirements may participate:
- Follow the brands' Instagram accounts: @anartxy and @aplike.espejos
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post tagging two friends during the participation period.
- The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same participant, even if they appear in different comments.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on November 17, 2025, via the brand's social media profiles, along with the certificate of validity of the draw.
The prize will consist of a jewelry set valued at €250, a jewelry box, and the HOLLYWOOD STUDIO LED vanity mirror with touch sensor, adjustable intensity, and temperature by Aplike.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues and, therefore, it is impossible to award the prize.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6. PUBLISHING COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will also not be permitted.
We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time may offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants on the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.
If the Company is found to have used fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be held, whether due to fraud detected during the promotion, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal conduct of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.
8. INSTAGRAM
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, and participants therefore release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from the promotion.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Bases, each participant consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company for the purpose of managing the draw, disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the prize.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Objection, Limitation of processing, Portability, and the right to be forgotten and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to marketing@anartxy.com or by letter to the following address:

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he or she has his or her habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as if he or she is not satisfied with the exercise of his or her rights.
Therefore, the Participant declares that he or she has been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing.
10. CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
By simply participating in the sweepstakes, the Participant fully accepts the terms and conditions of these Legal Terms. Furthermore, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the sweepstakes is conducted.
