Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If, once you have received your order, you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to request an exchange or return of the purchased items.
To do so, you must send an email to web@anartxy.com indicating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the exchange or return.
Once you have contacted Customer Service, the items must be sent back in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons, EARRINGS and PIERCINGS cannot be returned.
Items that you have personalized or altered cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Personalized items include all jewelry to which medals, charms, engravings, or any other type of customization have been added.
The Anartxy fragrance must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
Items that include special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned together with them and in their original condition.
After 30 days from purchase, if the item requires repair, you may contact Customer Service to request it. Once received, the type of repair will be assessed. The cost will be borne by the customer if it does not fall under warranty conditions. Please refer to warranty terms.
GIFT CARDS
Anartxy gift cards are non-refundable, either fully or partially, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, a new voucher will be issued for the corresponding amount, which may be used for future purchases under the applicable conditions.
Gift cards and vouchers issued as a result of returns will retain their original expiration date, which will not be modified by partial or full use.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will verify the condition of the items.
For returns sent by post, Anartxy will not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments, and shipping or return costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers within the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to withdraw from their purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending a written statement or withdrawal form via email or postal mail.
