Anartxy Product Warranty
All our products undergo strict quality controls to ensure you receive and enjoy them in the best possible condition. However, if you receive a defective item, or if you discover a flaw after use, we suggest you contact us or visit one of our official stores so we can assist you.
Once the error or defect has been reviewed and it has been verified that the requirements are met, Anartxy will fully refund the amount of the returned product and the shipping costs incurred, as well as any other costs that the customer may have incurred to return the defective product.
Anartxy jewelry is crafted from 316L surgical steel, a pharmaceutical-grade material renowned for its strength, durability, and hypoallergenic properties. The gold pieces are plated in 14k gold, while the silver pieces are rhodium-plated. For rose gold, copper is added to the alloy used for the color plating.

Conditions
All our items purchased from January 1, 2022 onwards are covered by three-year warranty These warranties cover possible manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Products purchased before that date only have a two-year warranty.
The conditions for applying the warranty are as follows:
- This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes any damage caused by improper use. Also excluded are defects caused by accidents, wear and tear, negligence, abrasion, exposure to high temperatures, contact with solvents, acids, or other liquids, as well as natural deterioration or damage caused by prolonged use.
- The maintenance or repair of jewelry is the sole responsibility of Anartxy , always within the warranty period. Any work performed by third parties will void the warranty. To make use of your warranty, you must visit an Anartxy store or contact us by email. After a thorough inspection of the product, a decision will be made as to whether it should be repaired or replaced, either with the same model or with a piece of jewelry with equivalent characteristics.
- For the warranty to be valid, it is mandatory to present the proof of purchase.
- Do not attempt to repair the damage yourself or take it to another company, as any external manipulation will void the warranty.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect the damage to determine if it is covered by the warranty. If so, we will repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same item or one with similar specifications. Of course, if the product turns out to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The cost of the repair, if it is not covered by the warranty, will be assessed based on the damage, the part that needs to be repaired or replaced, and the time spent, ranging between €5 and €10.
- Anartxy Gift Cards are valid for five 5 years from the date of issue. Once a gift card has been redeemed for a product, that product will be subject to Anartxy's general exchange and return policy. You have 30 days to request an exchange or refund (via voucher). Once the gift card has expired without being redeemed, it cannot be used, and no refund will be issued.
