Anartxy product warranty

All of our products undergo strict quality controls so you receive and enjoy them in the best possible condition. However, if you have received a defective item, or if you discover a defect after use, we suggest you contact us or visit one of our official stores so we can assist you.

Once the error or defect has been reviewed and verified as meeting the requirements, Anartxy will fully refund the amount of the returned product and any shipping costs incurred, as well as any other costs incurred by the customer in returning the defective product.

Anartxy jewelry is made of 316L surgical steel, a pharmaceutical-grade material recognized for its strength, durability, and hypoallergenic properties. Gold pieces are 14k gold-plated, while silver pieces are rhodium-plated. For rose gold, copper is added to the alloy for the colored coating.

Conditions

All our items purchased from January 1, 2022 have three-year warranty which cover possible manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Products purchased before this date only have a two-year warranty.

The conditions for applying the guarantee are as follows:

  1. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, excluding any damage caused by improper use. Also excluded are damage caused by accidents, wear and tear, negligence, abrasion, exposure to high temperatures, contact with solvents, acids, or other liquids, as well as natural deterioration or damage caused by prolonged use.

  2. Jewelry maintenance or repair is the sole responsibility of Anartxy , always within the warranty period. Any intervention performed by a third party will void the coverage. To exercise your warranty, you must visit a physical Anartxy store or contact us by email. After a detailed review of the product, we will decide whether it should be repaired or replaced, either with the same model or with a piece of jewelry with equivalent characteristics.

  3. For the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase must be presented.

  4. Do not attempt to repair the damage yourself or take it to another company, as any external manipulation will invalidate the warranty.

  5. Once we receive your item, we'll review the defect to see if it's covered by the warranty. If it is, we'll repair it. If a repair isn't possible, we'll replace it with the same or similar product. Of course, if the product is defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  6. The cost of repairs outside the warranty period will be assessed based on the damage, the part to be repaired or replaced, and the time involved, ranging from €5 to €10.
