What are the delivery times for an order?
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination, postal code and the shipping method you choose for your purchase, though they typically range between 24 and 48 hours (mainland Spain and Portugal). Likewise, delivery times for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, and the Azores are longer.
If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the package will not be processed until the next business day.
Please note that during sales periods and promotions, delivery times may be extended.
Where is my order?
Check the details of your online purchases and track their status anytime from Your Account .
If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. If you purchased as a guest, please send an email to web@anartxy.com indicating the order number you wish to inquire about.
How are the products packaged?
Our pieces arrive wrapped in tissue paper inside a jewerly box and a gift bag. Everything you need to keep your jewelry looking like new or to prepare them for gifting.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with any item in your order, you may request a return. Please, send the item along with the original box and packaging to our warehouse, via mail or courier service. Don't forget to include a copy of your receipt or purchase invoice with your personal details inside the package.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
• Customizable items: As these are personalized products, exchanges or returns are not possible.
• EARRINGS or PIERCINGS: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are allowed for earrings or piercings.
• Special packaging and additional accessories: Items that come with special packaging (such as fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed once the package arrives at our facilities (and we verify that it is in perfect condition), using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Do the pieces come with a warranty?
Anartxy adresses any issues caused by manufacturing deffects in the items, but not for damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear from intensive use.
If you lose a stone or an added piece from a new collection item, repairs are almost always possible. However, for items from previous seasons, repairs depend on wether we have the necessary materials in stock.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe may vary depending on the type of return you selected.
We will notify you by email once the refund has been completed. From that moment, you can expect to receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 business days, depending on your bank.
Payments and promotions
How can I pay for my online purchases?
We offer you various secure payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
Debit or Credit Card
Pay for your purchases in real-time with your debit card or choose to pay later with your credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay.
PayPal
Place your order using only your email and password. Please note that you will complete the purchase on the PayPal website.
Klarna
You can pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments (0% APR) with Klarna. Simply select “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” at checkout and provide your credit card details. The installments will be automatically charged monthly, starting with the first payment as soon as the order is processed. The following two payments will be automatically charged every 30 days.
Alternatively, if you prefer to pay your order in a single payment, choose Klarna’s “Immediate Payment” option. For more information, visit Klarna.com.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
If you purchase from an Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay. Just select this payment method and confirm the purchase by double-clicking the side button on your device. Then confirm the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, depending on your smartphone model and version.
This payment method is only available on mobile devices.
Bizum
Pay conveniently through Bizum in a simple way. It’s very easy! Just select the “Pay with Bizum” option.
There are two ways to pay with Bizum. If you have activated the payment confirmation option with a Bizum code, simply enter the code you previously set up with your bank.
Are shipping costs and taxes included?
All prices shown on our items include VAT. Shipping costs are detailed at the end of the order process, as they depend on the destination and the urgency of the delivery.
I have a promotional code, how can I use it?
Before completing your purchase, find the promo code field where you can enter your code (only one code per order).
If no discount is applied, please check the promotion’s terms and conditions or its expiration date. The code may have expired or the items in your cart may not be included in the promotion.

What material are Anartxy's jewelry made of?
Most Anartxy jewelry is made from 316L surgical stainless steel, a hypoallergenic material commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
Gold-toned pieces are plated with 14k gold, while silver-toned ones feature a rhodium plating. For rose gold finishes, copper is added to the plating alloy to achieve the desired color.

Are these items hypoallergenic?
All our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials. However, if you have a metal allergy, we recommend choosing one of our stainless steel items.
The alloy used in our pieces is the same as that used for surgical instruments and in the pharmaceutical industry. Its hypoallergenic properties make it ideal for sensitive or intolerant skin.
How can I keep my jewelry in good condition?
To keep your Anartxy jewelry in perfect condition, remove any dust by gently rubbing with a soft, dry cloth (you may slightly dampen the cloth if dirt is stubborn, then let the piece dry on a tissue in a well-ventilated area). For an optimal finish, there are also special cleaning cloths for stainless steel or silver jewelry available at jewelers or specialty stores.
When transporting your jewelry, we recommend placing each piece in a separate fabric pouch. Never put two pieces together in the same pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to cleaning agents, chemicals, or oils. Extreme heat and prolonged contact with water are also not recommended.
How can I find out my ring size?
A ring should always fit comfortably—it needs to be snug enough not to slip off but also slightly loose to slide on with relative ease. It’s important to know that finger sizes can vary depending on the climate and time of day.
At Anartxy, we offer four ring sizes: 12, 14, 16, and 18. These are the most common sizes and typically fit most women’s fingers.
Some ring models are open and adjustable for a better fit. For these types of rings, we offer two sizes to perfectly accommodate very large or very small fingers.
For men’s rings, we work with sizes 18, 20, 22, and 24.
