Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

We dispatch your order on the first or second business day after your purchase. If this is not possible, we will notify you by telephone or email.

Anartxy ships worldwide. Delivery times depend on your postcode, but orders to Spain and Portugal* are generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For all other countries, delivery may take between 2 and 7 days from the date of dispatch. We work with the following courier companies: Nacex, Seur, UPS, Sending and CTT Express.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we can only change the delivery address if the customer agrees to cover any costs resulting from the change.

Orders are shipped using different courier companies depending on the destination country or postcode. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. The courier will contact you by telephone to inform you of the expected delivery time. If you are not available, they will also contact you to arrange a delivery time that better suits your preferences.

*Delays during peak periods

During periods of high demand—such as Black Friday, sales, Christmas or other holidays—delivery times may be affected due to the increased volume of parcels handled by courier companies. Although we do everything possible to maintain our usual delivery times, please bear in mind that delays beyond our control may occur.

We work with the following courier companies: Nacex, Seur, UPS, Sending and CTT Express.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

  • Orders over €40: FREE SHIPPING

  • Orders under €40: €4

CANARY ISLANDS

  • Shipments to the Canary Islands incur additional export SAD (DUA) charges. Please bear in mind that the shipment will also be subject to the payment of the import SAD (DUA) and the corresponding IGIC tax (7% of the value declared on the invoice) upon delivery. These and any other customs-related charges will always be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Alternatively, the order can be sent by postal service. Shipping is free on orders over €40. In this case, delivery may take between 10 and 15 days.

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Shipping cost: €6.99

  • Delivery time: between 2 and 7 business days from dispatch.

JAPAN

  • Shipping cost: €39

  • Delivery time: between 8 and 12 business days from dispatch.

UNITED STATES

  • Shipping cost: €20

  • Delivery time: between 8 and 12 business days from dispatch.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Shipping cost: €15

  • Delivery time: between 5 and 14 business days from dispatch.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may occasionally be subject to additional duties and taxes, which will always be the buyer’s responsibility. Anartxy undertakes to complete the necessary procedures and prepare the documentation required for the relevant customs clearance.
