Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship your order within the first or second business day after your purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify you by phone or email.

Anartxy ships worldwide. Delivery times depend on your postal code, but generally range between 24 to 48 hours for Spain and Portugal.* For all other countries, delivery may take between 2 to 7 days from the time of dispatch.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, we can only modify the address if the customer agrees to cover any costs associated with the change.

Orders are shipped via various courier services depending on the destination country or postal code. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The courier will contact you by phone to inform you of the expected delivery time. In case of absence, they will also reach out to schedule a more convenient delivery time.

*Delays during peak seasons
During periods of high demand—such as Black Friday, Sales, Christmas, or other holidays—delivery times may be affected due to the increased volume of shipments from transport companies. While we make every effort to maintain our usual delivery times, please be aware that delays beyond our control may occur.

SPAIN & PORTUGAL

  • Orders over €40: FREE shipping

  • Orders under €40: €4 shipping fee

CANARY ISLANDS

Shipments to the Canary Islands incur additional costs due to the DUA export declaration. Please note that this shipment is also subject to:

  • The DUA import fee

  • IGIC tax (7%) based on the declared invoice value, payable upon delivery

All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

As an alternative, we offer standard postal delivery.

  • Delivery time: 10 to 15 business days

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Shipping cost: €5

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days from dispatch

 REST OF THE WORLD

  • Shipping cost: €15

  • Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days from dispatch


In some cases, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Anartxy is committed to handling and preparing all necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedures.
